Do I have to be home?
Only if we need you to let us in. We arrange access to your softener before the first visit.
How do I know which amount to choose?
Choose the standard refill if you usually need up to two 40 lb bags between visits, or the larger refill for up to four. Not sure? Our team can help.
Does Sunstorm need to have installed my softener?
No. We refill any brand of salt-based softener within our delivery area.
How is my delivery zone determined?
We use driving distance from our Orlando office. Enter your address to see your zone and full price. Our service area ends at 40 driving miles.
Will you add the full allowance at every visit?
We add what your tank needs, up to 80 lb or 160 lb for your chosen plan. The plan price covers the scheduled visit and refill service; the amount added depends on the salt already in the tank and its fill level.
